Two kinds of products coexist, and they do not follow the same rules.

DIGITAL products — ebooks, online courses — are available immediately after payment, from your account. No shipping, no delay, no postage.

PHYSICAL products — printed books — are shipped to the address you give. Delivery charges, where they apply, are calculated and shown BEFORE payment: they are never added afterwards.

Each product's description appears on its page. If what you receive does not match it, write to us: that is our mistake, not yours.

The price shown is the price you pay. It is set by the ministry and re-checked by our servers at payment time: a price altered in a browser has no effect.

The currency is shown next to each amount. No charge is added after confirmation, apart from delivery charges on physical products, shown before payment.

Payment is handled by an external provider. La Voix de la Puissance Divine NEVER stores your card number: it does not pass through our servers.

A DIGITAL product is delivered immediately, at your express request. Under most laws that immediate delivery ends the right of withdrawal as soon as access is opened — at the first download or first reading.

A purchased ebook stays available from your account with no time limit, as long as the account exists.

A course stays available while it is published. Should the ministry withdraw one, buyers are informed and keep access to what they paid for.

A gift is not a purchase: it grants no counterpart, and it is not refundable as of right.
