Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the La Voix de la Puissance Divine platform at ngawalafrancis.com. By creating an account, you accept them.
Version 1.0 · In force since 15 August 2026
1. What this platform is for
This platform is the official digital home of the La Voix de la Puissance Divine and the Communauté La Voix de la Puissance Divine. It exists to share the Reverend's teachings, sermons, services and publications, to receive and support prayer requests, to arrange pastoral appointments, and to gather the community of members.
It is neither a general-purpose social network nor a commercial service. Publishing is reserved to the Reverend and the pastoral team he delegates; members react, comment and share, but do not publish.
2. Your account
Creating an account requires a name and a valid email address. You undertake to provide accurate information and keep it current.
Your password is personal to you. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. If you suspect someone else is using it, change your password immediately and write to info@ngawalaministries.com.
Access is reserved to people aged at least TO BE COMPLETED. A minor may only open an account with the consent of the person holding parental authority.
3. What you agree not to do
You agree not to post hateful, defamatory, obscene or violence-inciting content; not to impersonate anyone; not to share content you do not have the rights to; not to use the platform for commercial, political or canvassing purposes; not to attempt to access data not intended for you, nor to circumvent technical protections.
⚠️ Particular care is owed to pastoral exchanges and to other people's prayer requests: what you learn there is not yours. Disclosing it is a serious breach.
4. Content and ownership
Teachings, sermons, texts, images, videos and recordings published on the platform belong to the ministry or to their respective authors. They are made available for your personal edification and for non-commercial sharing, with attribution.
Any commercial reproduction, modification or redistribution on another medium requires the ministry's prior written consent.
Content you submit (comments, testimonies, prayer requests, profile pictures) remains yours. You grant the ministry the right to display it on the platform within the visibility you chose.
5. Moderation, suspension and closure
The ministry may remove content, suspend an account or close it in the event of a breach of these terms. A suspension is notified to you with its reason where that reason can be shared.
You may close your account at any time from your profile. Closure leads to the erasure or anonymisation of your data under the conditions set out in the privacy policy.
6. Service availability
The platform is provided "as is". The ministry takes reasonable steps to ensure its availability and security, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service: outages may occur for maintenance, technical incident or through a provider.
The ministry cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from unavailability.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Any substantial modification is announced within the application, and the effective date appears at the top of this document. Continuing to use the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of TO BE COMPLETED (country to be specified). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, by writing to info@ngawalaministries.com. Failing that, the competent court is that of TO BE COMPLETED.
